ANIMA
raw painting, 2017
120x60cm
materials: wool, leather, bones and various paints on canvas
We get lost in the concreteness of known forms and images which we deny or with which we identify ourselves. We come from the dark matter of the universe to grow inside the womb and then to lose ourselves in the light of the birth, but our true habitat is the abstract, that abstract which we desperately try to make concrete and to frame into definitions. Anima is our way home.
